General Terms and Conditions:

1.Quotations are subject to change due to supplier price fluctuations.

2.All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

3.The signed quotation will be the basis for approving a services order for Orange Gekko to carry out the design,
development and deployment of electronic and printed media and related services.

4.A 50 % down payment will be required to initiate the kick off of the project, unless otherwise specified

5.Upon receipt of the balance of down payment and final payment for the project in terms of design and development, deployment will take place.
In the case of a website, the website will be posted to the web. Orange Gekko reserves the right to remove the website should payment not be received.

6.The website content will be supplied by the client.

7.The initial contact database will be supplied by the client. No marketing material will be distributed by Orange Gekko without the prior consent of the recipient.

8.Timelines and project scope will be agreed upon by both parties and will be outlined in the project scope document.

9.Any development outside of the initial scope agreed upon will be billed at the normal hourly rate of R350 per hour.

10.Any design work outside of the initial scope of phase 1 will be billed at a rate of R350.00 per hour.

11.Pricing on printing will be quoted separately as and when required.

12.Marketing strategy planning and consulting will be billed at our hourly rate.

13Airfair and travel costs such as car hire will be invoiced to the customer as and when travel is required.
General expenses, such as food and accommodation, will be invoiced to the customer. These will be charged at the cost price paid.
